This momma and I had our first encounter over a year ago when she emailed and booked me for her newborn photo shoot. Tragedy struck and her first daughter was born sleeping. Momma asked me to keep the deposit and save it for a future shoot. Fast forward and momma became pregnant …. 40 weeks later, little E made his way safely earthside.

It was truly an honor to do this session for this beautiful family. We made sure to include his big sister in many of the photos to honor her memory. The friendships that I make in this business truly are the heart of it all. Connecting with moms that went through some of the same things we went through 10 years ago will forever pull at my heart.
